Support & Bugs
Something isn't working, a star is misbehaving, or a purchase didn't unlock.
support@thoughtrelease.app →A bug, a billing question, a kind thought, or press inquiry — we answer like humans. We cannot recover a thought you already released; that text never left your device.

The text of that thought is permanently deleted from this device. It cannot be undone or recovered — not by you, and not by us. Only a star trace (position, mood, intensity — no words) may remain in your Atlas sky.
The app is free to download. After the opening, continuing in the sky is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase, through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your store account. There is no separate free feature set inside the app.
Yes. The entire writing, sky, and release experience works fully offline — on airplanes, in remote places, or with Airplane Mode on at night. An internet connection is only needed for store purchases and opening these web pages.
No. Because nothing is stored on our servers, we cannot recover released text, local skies, or data removed when the app is deleted. Please be sure before you release a thought or uninstall.
